Verde Cleaning Service LLC

We had to cancel service with this company due to Verde being unreliable. They were consistently late to appointments or no-show without any communication. I reached out and called both phone numbers for the owner, and texted him as well, but received no response.

Just stopped showing up to appointments multiple times after the first few cleanings. No call , no showed twice this month. Good cleaning when they show up, but I don't put up with companies ghosting me when they fall short. Labor shortages these days can be understood but actively scheduling appointments, not showing up to them, and then avoiding correspondence with customers looking for an explanation really can't. Some sort of communication would have kept me as a customer.

The low rating is in regence to dealing with the office and Jaimie. He never answers the phone. He didn't confirm my appointment time. Day of, he didn't tell me when the cleaners were coming. I called and left multiple messages with no response. Finally he replied at a text saying that if called repeatedly and had an hour commute to get to the unit being cleaned... he told me my appt would be in 1 hr (at 3:00) I left immediately... The cleaners were lovely and punctual. They took pictures before to send to Jaimie and told me that they send pictures after as part of the usual process. I let them in, made sure they had everything, and headed back home expecting an email or text with pictures when they were finished. At 9:30 that night I still hadn't heard anything and sent a text, Jaimie said that it went well and that is receive an invoice in the morning. Nothing else... no...

They left it spotless. They were so kind and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

They did an excellent cleaning job. There was some miscommunication around arrival time, but they ended up showing just a few minutes late. Just know that they send an email invoice after service, so you don't pay the cleaners directly. Their cost for the deep cleaning was very competitive! No dust or dirt left anywhere and I appreciate their use of green, non-toxic cleaning products as I have a dog.

The three cleaning ladies showed up 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time (almost right at the same time as my baby's nap time). I felt bad about asking them to come back so I let them in. The whole time they were "cleaning" they were doing a really poor job and seemed unmotivated. They had horrible attention to detail and 1 of the 3 ladies was having to re-do *all* of their work, which isn't fair for me as the customer since I'm paying by the hour. Overall I did not get what I was paying for - a deep clean. I reached out to the owners while the service was still being done and they were kind enough to offer to reschedule another deep cleaning without charging me for the first one (that's how bad it was).
