Don’t waste your time with this company, the cleaners need to be told everything to clean consistently. They have stained my toilet with their cleaning supplies”whole toilet was yellow”. Once I told the ladies stop using a yellow rag and bleach on toilet they responded with my toilet will get replaced by manager Simon. Cleaners literally left in middle of cleaning after stain incident,I have tried to reach someone since 5/5/2023 and not once did I hear back from management or Simon, they however made many attempts to withdraw money from my account.
