I'm very pleased with Vanguard.

Pros:

Very friendly service. They do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. You don't have to micromanage them, they are as autonomous as they can be. The roofing crew they used was fast (started at ~7am, finished by end of day) and cleaned up after themselves well.

Cons:

They came to my door after a hail storm; home solicitation is associated with scammy businesses, so this seems sketchy, *but it turned out very well.* They require you to sign a restrictive agreement that seems sketchy, *but it was not used against me, and was only used to provide better service*.
