Our AC went out on a Sunday, during one of the hottest days of the summer. Valiant was able to have someone (Zach) come over within about 4 hours of my call. When Zach arrived, it was about 84 in the house and my 5-month old baby was very unhappy. Zach recognized the challenges that babies have of regulating their body temperature, and I felt like he took the problem as seriously as I did. Zach did everything he could to fix it, and got the AC back up and running. Before he finished, he needed to cycle the unit on and off a couple times just to make sure that the solution worked. However, before doing that, he let it run a little longer just so it would be a little cooler for the baby. I know this added time to his day on a Sunday, but it meant a lot to my family and I.
