I called Valient and spoke with a lady who gathered some basic details and then after learning about what my issues with my Nest thermostat were, she transferred me right away with the technician, Zach. He then told me right up front the cost for coming over to check everything out and was able to make it same day. He was extremely professional and efficient when he came and walked me through all of his findings and answered all my questions and concerns so that I completely understood the problem. I would not only call Valient Air again but also would highly recommend them!

I recently had a new furnace installed by another company. It was not vented properly and was exhausting toxic fumes into my house. Needless to say this was extremely dangerous and frustrating. I called Valiant, who I found with a google search. Zach from Valiant came over and did an amazing job assessing the situation and quickly knew how to fix the ventilation. Side note, Xcel energy came and shut my furnace down due to the improper venting, and Zach had me up and running within the next hour or so. Reasonably priced, extremely professional, friendly and thorough.... Couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.

I had Zach Coon as my Technician. This man was excellent. Very kind, friendly, and diligent. Zach did a fantastic job. He listened to me about the problem, and couldn’t replicate it. But due to his diligence the problem occurred while he was here and immediately solved the problem.

Zach is awesome! He’s great with communication and even better with timing. I’ve had him out a few times to service my AC and then my furnaces. Each time he was out he was very respectful and super knowledgeable. For sure the best in the southlands area.

Had Valiant air service my clients HVAC system. They were friendly, reasonably priced and didn't tell her she needed an entire new system like some places so.

Came and fixed our humidifier problem very promptly and easily!

Zach was prompt and professional. Really knew his stuff when it came to my furnace. Had it fixed in about 10 minutes, and explained exactly when he did and what parts were needed. Charges were reasonable. Thanks guys for keeping us warm!
