Called in the evening and they were able to come the next morning and get our heat fixed, along with fixing the pilot light on our gas fireplace. The technician that worked with us was quick and thorough!

I am very greatful for Valiant Air's quick response and amazing customer service! I called to report my issue at around 9:30a and my AC was fixed and running great by 2:00p. Zach C diagnosed the issue and had it taken care of in less than an hour after arriving!

Zach was very knowledgeable and worked hard to install our new furnace and air conditioning unit. The price was fair compared to 3 other companies I called. Valiant Air is honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

It's 95° & the forecast is going to remain this hot for days, so of course our A/C stopped working today. I called, and they were able to come out within a few hours! I couldn’t say more good things about Zach & his company if I tried! I’m blown away by the level of responsiveness, service, patience, and overall care. My AC went out and as someone who likes to keep is cold in the house, I panicked. Zach responded to my request immediately and gave me instructions ahead of time to help keep my house comfortable until it could be fixed.

I called Valient and spoke with a lady who gathered some basic details and then after learning about what my issues with my Nest thermostat were, she transferred me right away with the technician, Zach. He then told me right up front the cost for coming over to check everything out and was able to make it same day. He was extremely professional and efficient when he came and walked me through all of his findings and answered all my questions and concerns so that I completely understood the problem.
