Service was excellent. He tried to help me avoid a service call by walking me through possible issues over the phone. He listened well and asked good questions to isolate the problem. Went out of his way to get to my home on same day (Sunday afternoon). Very Professional, courteous and friendly. Now I have a trustworthy HVAC guy! (He fixed a wiring issue in my furnace left behind by a different repair guy several months earlier). Honesty and friendly customer service goes a long way for me. I’m Referring Valiant Air to my neighbors. We have all owned our homes here for 15-20 years. Thanks Zach.....Bill F.

Great service! Our AC broke over the weekend and Zach was able to come out Sunday morning and fixed it. He is courteous and knowledgeable. Was so happy with this call!

Just had Valiant Air put in a new AC system to get us ready for summer. Smooth process, good communication and follow through. We had one other HVAC company come out too for an estimate but ended up feeling more secure with Valiant. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
