Extremely disappointed in this service. We paid for a deep cleaning and my toilets were still very dirty, did not mop the floors, wash the table or dust anything. Spent way too much money for this. Thanks for very little

I've spent over $2,700 with this company, and we have been satisfied, for the most part. Until recently, our best cleaner we ever had started school, full time. He quit, and we were devastated when he told us. We had high hopes, but that quickly changed, when we were left cleaning. After she pretended to clean for almost four hours, and we paid one hundred dollars. To add insult to injury, the owner emailed us to say they can no longer service our cleaning needs.

What service did I pay to receive? Why did I need to clean my place, following our maid service?

Is my money not as good? That is not good for business, especially if they are hiring cleaners that don't clean. If you asked me two months ago, I'd have said they are the best. But now, is say steer clear of Utah Maids.

Competitive prices, but lacks a professional cleaning touch.

We hired Utah Maids for two services: a condo deep cleaning and a general home cleaning. We chose Utah Maids due to their lower prices and open schedule. Initial customer service was great and we were able to cancel the additional oven and fridge clean on the condo before the services were performed without any hassle. Both cleanings were done by the same cleaner and an additional cleaner was there for the condo. We hoped to have that "professional cleaning touch" you get when paying for a cleaning service, especially on the condo as it was supposed to be the last clean before handing the keys over to new tenants. Unfortunately, we had go back through and re-clean the condo (wipe down walls, mop the floors, wipe dust from around vents, wipe cob webs from corners - these are the details the cleaners...

Don't book this service -- this could be your toilet!! Worst cleaning service I've ever used. Hired them to clean at two locations, and ended up having to clean up after them at both when they left. See the picture of the toilet in our rental property below -- NOT CLEAN! After working with their customer service, I've missed their 're-clean' window, which I didn't know what a thing, and they aren't offering me any money back, only credit towards future service. Why would I give them any more money?? Gross. Waste of money.

Utah Maids went above and beyond my expectations! So great to work with and very quick! I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Finally a company that didn't leave me asking where my money went! The girl that cleaned our place was amazing and very professional. Of all the cleaning companies we've tried we have found our go to. They pay attention to detail and I really like the walk through at the end with them. Thanks Utah Maids!

Great Service! Easy to setup.

My life was worthless before this service. I have never been able to save more time then what I have saved now. Thanks for leaving my house spotless.

I was extremely disappointed with the first cleaning that we had done. We were having a party and we were going to have a recurring maid come every other week. But when scheduled to do a deep clean the only think that was done was a good vacuuming. There were sticky spots in the floors the kitchen was not even touched. My wife made sure to tell the maid Sherri to make sure to focus on the kitchen. Nope not at all there were streaks all over the mirror in The bathroom and on the shower glass. Not dusted there was still dust on top of picture frames (this doesn't sound like a deep cleaning) when I left a review I was called at once and they wanted to make I right by having it recleaned and was offered at no charge with new maid. We scheduled the date and was sent a confirmation. Then the week before I get a email saying what the charge would be. now I contacted them to correct it and...
