Company didn't respond until 4 calls and 2 texts to tell me they don't service my area when they state they service well within my zip code. Very impersonal without great reviews or report. Sad because I like to support local business.

Everyone they have sent have been fast, friendly, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Sheree for her help in booking and explaining. I received reminders of the
appointment. The two people who came to clean, Bonnie and Ashley, listened to my
explanations of what needed doing and why. This was a one time cleaning job, not
a standing, on-going service, but my experience was very good.

They spent almost no time cleaning and did a very half-hearted job. Didn't even do many of the tasks we paid extra for. We had them come back, but even then they still missed things. I would never use this company again. I ended up having to redo the whole cleaning myself but was out $400.

I called to get a quote on cleaning. Seemed pretty good. So a few days later I went and booked the appointment online. Booked the appointment through their online tool. Get a call a little bit later to confirm. After confirming everything she then said oh there is a $24 travel fee. I just wanted you to know. Caught off by this I pull up their website. No mention of this at all. I then pull up the quote I obtained from "Same lady I am on the phone with now" Nothing mentioning the Travel Fee. So I said if I have to pay a fee you made no mention off the Cancel my booking. So I did cancel the booking. She did not try to earn or save my business. I am so glad this happened. I went with Queen Of Maids. Not only were they higher rated. They were over $100 cheaper!!

We love Utah Maids! We have never paid to have our house cleaned before but we are now hooked! They cleaned our house spotless! They were on time, quick, so thorough, professional and they were so nice! Their attention to detail was amazing! They are so knowledgeable on cleaning and really know how to get the job done! We are so grateful for them and will definitely be using them again! Thank you Utah Maids you surpassed all of our expectations! We love Utah Maids!

My family hired this company to clean our parents apartment in a 55+ apartment complex. They have various ailments that prevent them from maintaining the deep cleaning that is required themselves, so having this company come in and do a basic clean once a month has been a huge blessing for them and offers peace of mind to me and my siblings. They are punctual, efficient and always polite. I definitely recommend them.

REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYY BAAAAAAAAD CLEEEESEANING! DONT USE THESE GUYS. I had to go back and clean everything again. They never cleaned the cabinets, mopped the floors or wiped down the counters. They also forgot to lock the door after they left. The house was completely empty. These guys were awful.
