I love these guys. They're always polite and professional and they help me reset every month if my home has gotten away from me. They're flexible and understanding and have always communicated clearly with me. I'm incredibly grateful for their service!

It was an ok clean, but definitely not worth the money I paid for it. The baseboards and blinds were still dirty (which I paid extra for) and my couch had dog hair all over it and pine needles on the ground around my Christmas tree. It seems like they just had a checklist they went through and didn’t actually see what was dirty. I was also hoping they would call when they were on their way and also when they were finished.

After calling 15 other companies, I was able to make a move-out cleaning appointment the same week that I needed it. Right from the start it was an excellent experience. Their admin who made the appointment was professional and capable. Everyone from beginning to end did a terrific job! The two cleaners, Amelia and Hannah, arrived on time, went right to work, and were excellent cleaners. They were extremely pleasant and hard, efficient workers. I have a high standard for my own housecleaning and they met every standard. They also were very flexible and were smart cleaners, able to work around us as we were getting the last things ready to pack out of the house. The entire experience was handled more professionally than any of the other 15 companies I called. I liked getting a confirmation email and a reminder text. I loved the flat fee after I described the house and exactly the work...

Melissa comes weekly to clean our house. She always prompt, efficient, does a great job and remembers my personal preferences. The office staff is very accommodating to our questions and needs.

Should've known it would be rough when they arrived 12 minutes late. I paid for a move out cleaning and was disappointed i had to go through and clean after they left. My pantry floor had not been swept or mopped, as well as next to the oven in a very noticeable spot had crumbs like they'd swept a small pile there and haphazardly swept that. Even with paying for the oven to be cleaned, they skipped the warming tray and i had to clean that. The kitchen sink was skipped as well. I also paid for the blinds to be cleaned and they did a VERY lazy job of it. The baseboards were very clean i will say but it seemed they spent most of their time there. Overall it was about $300 i paid and i feel ripped off.

Excellent cleaning job. I’m very pleased. I look forward to using this service again
