USA Credit Repair

Very poor communication, did not return calls or emails to address my concerns. Additional fees were withdrawn from my account without permission. I was promised a refund which never occurred, my credit score increased then plunged lower than where I started with no negative change on my end. Eventually I cancelled the service in less than 90 days. I was boding better on my own.

I have not had the best experience with USA credit repair to date. I was told I initially that I would see a significant boost in my credit within 90 days of having the fast track product. Within o0 days I had the opposite effect. Due to an error on the part of USA credit repair I had a significant decrease of 30+ points. I had to call them to fix the error. Although they went back to try to rectify the issue my credit never regained the full 30+ points that I lost. They also disputed positive accounts which caused further issues and point deductions. I was very upset for all that money to be worst off than when I started really made .e regret choosing the service. As of now I would not recommend the service, they have a full year to work with me to improve my scores I am 5 months in and currently unsatisfied. Would not recommend to anyone, I had to hire a law firm to fix my credit due to the fact I still had negative items that USA Credit Repair claims that it was taken off. Not only I paid $500 to repair my credit, but an extra $500 was taken out of my bank account without my authorization. USA credit repair is the worst decision I ever made. I definitely would warn and not recommend anyone to use there services. I also have been trying to get a refund but I kept getting the "run around" hopefully a lawyer and small claims court could do.

It is a lousy company and a bunch of con artists

I was referred from a friend of mine back in n November 2019. I truly hope what's negative on my credit report can be dismissed/ erased .I can't actually give high score rating until I review my results.

Bad Experience not happy with service
It was overpriced with hidden fees for your credit report. I am very disappointed. Feel like I was at a disadvantage and I’m worst off .
