Was very disappointed in the lack of compassion, communication and professionalism from front desk person. Dr.Zabell was more interested in making sure that other patients did hear our complaints and defending the staff then in assisting a patient in obvious physical distress. His response was patronizing, condesending and absolutely communicated that he was much more concerned with being right that with healing.

Front desk staff lack follow through with communication, checking insurance and is rude. Dr Zabell lack compassion, is condescending and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a "healing facility".
