I recently switched from my primary care medical doctor to explore the offerings at Urban Wellness after deciding to take a more holistic approach to my health care. The experience has been nothing less than positive. I just started with hyperbaric oxygen treatments, as I have been reading a lot of literature lately on the benefits. Dr. Zabell is sharp and genuine and he takes the necessary time to discuss any concerns. Highly recommend!

The staff at Urban Wellness are amazing. Dr. Zurek is amazing in his work as a chiropractor, but he also has a great bed side manner. He is always friendly and focused on my individual care. Dr.Zabell is also amazing he VERY knowledgeable about the process of healing from a Car accident. at my first appointment he was able to answer every question I had and put together a plan of care that has since made all of the pain I had from my accident become more tolerable. not only has he been amazing with the care I have received from my accident but when I encounter a set back due to some other medical issues he was able to educate me on some herbal medicines that actually cured what I was going thru and prevented me from having to go thru a surgery.
