I had an incredible experience treating my TBI with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Urban Wellness Group. I was treated in the chamber for multiple weeks and noticed a marked difference after just the first week. When I completed my treatment, I was experiencing nearly none of my symptoms from PCS. I went from pain at an 8 or 9 down to a 1! I couldn't recommend this more, truly incredible improvement.

I went to med school with Dr. Zabell so I already knew him as a mission-driven, caring, super-smart wonderful man. But when I sought treatment with him, it was a next-level experience. I could watch my blood change color and I could literally feel the oxygen reaching my brain.

Went in for a HBOT session. Dr. Jason Zabell supervised the session. After the session, Dr. Jason had commented that I look exactly like another Asian woman. I don't know what is it but certain group of people Iike him seem to feel that it is OK to make a statement that implies all Asian look a like. And he said, " I hope you are not offended. " Even if there are other people that think in a similar manner, most of them have some common sense and manner to understand that it is rude to make that type of comment to other people.

I BELIEVE I WAS A VICTIM OF MEDICAL FRAUD DUE TO DR. JASON ZABEL'S PREDATORY AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR.

I have autism and was hit by a car in spring of 2021 and began searching for low cost medical treatment for recovery. After searching, I found the urban wellness group, where Dr. Zabel profusely assured me that insurance will definitely cover my overall medical expenses and would be happy to help me. Unfortunately, it would appear I was taken advantage of, specifically with upcoding.

According to the bill and medical paperwork such as the chart notes, I apparently received numerous procedures that I was unaware of. I received 8 HBOT treatments (which were poorly supervised and in what appeared to be the staff break room), 12 upper back acupuncture treatments sometimes with or without a...
