I had a challenging request, and John worked with me until we had a good solution! I really appreciated that. It helped to make my day much easier! I find that the team members at this store are efficient, and have positive attitudes. Not all UPS stores are like that- when I moved near this location, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.
