Had windows cleaned. After supper, when sun was shining through two arched windows, we noticed the glass in the arches looked strange. Something left behind. Sent an email describing how they looked. We weren’t going to pay for a call back fee, but believed they would want to know so that a little more care could be given to these types of windows in the future. We expected no further contact about this. The next day, the crew showed up and recleaned these two windows. So we were very pleasantly surprised. The crew was wonderful.
