I started to go to Dr. Gal back in August 2023 I have to admit I was a little hesitant on the hormone replacement therapy as I’ve heard the empty promises of losing weight before. I work out, I eat great, and I still couldn’t lose weight so I gave him a try And within a month I’ve lost 10 pounds it is now January 2024 and I am almost down 30 pounds of weight loss still working out still eat well but the hormone replacement therapy has helped me get to my goals.
