I have had spots on my carpet for several years (probably around 8 yrs) and have had two previous carpet cleaning companies try to get the spots out while cleaning the carpet in the past. I thought it was a lost cause and was actually contemplating replacing the carpet. I called Unique this time and although they are not cheap ALL the stains came out which had been there for many, many years. They said the previous cleaners probably only steamed it while they also shampoo which makes a huge difference. I am so pleased with the job they did. Very professional, on time, and they did a great job. You’re going to pay more money but you will be extremely happy with the job they do. This is the only company I will use from now on.
