I recently used Unique for the first time--they had been recommended by the carpet retailer from whom I purchased my wool carpet. I had difficult stains to remove, and Unique did by far the best job I have ever experienced in carpet care and cleaning. The technicians were experts, and very responsive to my questions and concerns. They are not the least expensive carpet service but the result is worth every penny!! Read more >

Called me to tell me they could arrive earlier than the appointment time...great. Came in and brought only hoses inside the house. The motor noise stayed outside in the truck. Getting our house ready for sale, having painting some minor construction being done. We need the carpet cleaned as well but I was sure we wouldn’t be able to schedule it in time. But, no, I was wrong -Unique promptly came out the next morning and in 2 hours our carpet looked brand new. I’m so much more than pleased!
