Unique Upholstery Carpet and Rug Cleaning

I was not impressed at all by the level of service from this company. I have had rugs cleaned MANY times and this company was significantly more expensive than other local reputable companies. I chose to work with them based off of a few very favorable reviews. One of my rugs was not cleaned at all to the level of my satisfaction. I provided feedback, privately, via two different avenues to the business owner (after multiple requests from them to provide positive reviews publicly) and received no responses. Throughly disappointed and would not recommend.

The technicians were very nice and did a great job as well as the lady I scheduled my appointment with . Will for sure use you again in the future.

They did an amazing job cleaning my parents carpet. They were running late, and gave me a call to let me know, which was quite professional and really appreciated it.
The two men who were there moved items with care and put everything back where it was originally. Highly recommend.

Excellent!

Via phone, we made an appointment for our basement carpets to be shampooed and rinsed and cleaned. There were some pet stains. There was no paperwork provided by the vendor so when the time came to pay, our memory of the quoted price was different than what was being charged. I paid the price they asked but feel that this is like a bait-and-switch and would caution potential customers and the vendor to provide estimates in writing to avoid this in the future.
