Via phone, we made an appointment for our basement carpets to be shampooed and rinsed and cleaned. There were some pet stains. There was no paperwork provided by the vendor so when the time came to pay, our memory of the quoted price was different than what was being charged. I paid the price they asked but feel that this is like a bait-and-switch and would caution potential customers and the vendor to provide estimates in writing to avoid this in the future. Read more >
