Work was done professionally, but unfortunately they were not able to remove old pet urine stains from wool carpet, but it was a long-shot in the first place. The only quibble is that when the bill was first presented it was higher than their proposal, but when questioned they dropped the price to match the high-end of the proposal. Don't know if this is a pattern with them to goose the charges, but if you use them double check the bill against the proposal to be sure you are charged correctly. Read more >

I was not impressed at all by the level of service from this company. I have had rugs cleaned MANY times and this company was significantly more expensive than other local reputable companies. I chose to work with them based off of a few very favorable reviews. One of my rugs was not cleaned at all to the level of my satisfaction. I provided feedback, privately, via two different avenues to the business owner (after multiple requests from them to provide positive reviews publicly) and received no responses.
