We've hired them at the recommendation of the flooring/carpet vendor. We clean the carpets periodically per the manufacturer warranty requirements.
They are always very thorough, too.

They arrived early. Checked out the items to be cleaned. Asked necessary quesrions. Set up quickly. Were very careful of personal property. Worked very quickly and thoroughly. Were very professional. I would definately recommend and use them again. This was the first time I've used them. Office person who took my appointment was pleasant and professional.
