This was my first experience using Unique Carpet and Rug Cleaning. I must say they were definitely unique. They arrived early. Checked out the entire area to be cleaned. Asked necessary questions. Set up quickly. Were very careful of personal property. Worked very quickly and thoroughly. Were very professional. From the uniqueness of their truck to the equipment and method that was used to clean my carpet, I was definitely impressed and extremely satisfied with the outcome. The crew did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make my home and carpet look amazing. If you want quality job - this is the company to go with - Definitely recommend!!!

Unique was recommended by the company that initially installed my carpeting. The carpet is wool and requires extra care when cleaning. We were told Unique is the place they always recommend. Service team asked to come EARLY (a big bonus, always), was quick and efficient, left me with spot cleaner and booties to walk on the wet carpet, and was kind/courteous. Highly recommend.
