Most recently, I was working outside and noticed that my inverter was stuck in 'night mode' (about a year after my solar was installed). A quick look at the SolarEdge app revealed that the inverter hadn't been generating power for several weeks. I contacted Jesse via text and he logged into my account online and was able to immediately confirm that the inverter was broken. From the beginning I was a bit of a challenging shopper, however Underline was able to provide me with a great product at an amazing price.
