This has been a very unpleasant experience. We have tried to resolve the problems with the company to no avail. We even sent our text messages to refresh Sal of the time line. Basically they told the finance company they had installed the system in full, a month and a half before they did, just to get paid earlier. They said the system was installed when 14 panels were still sitting on the ground and they had not even contacted any tree company to cut the limbs off the tree to be able to install the system. This was part of the contract and we even offered to find someone for them.
Because they were greedy and wanted to get paid early, it caused the finance company to demand payment before the contract stated, which is 60 days after the system is installed, not turned on, but fully installed. They said oh the guy in the office made a mistake. We ask them to fix it, we...
