Overall, Underline Energy Concepts (UEC) fulfilled my needs of completing a new roof and adding 5 additional solar panels on our 2-story house.

Right from the beginning, Eddie came to our house and educated us more about roofing material, difference in types of shingles, and options available four our specific house. We received quotes from multiple companies (4 various companies with reputable ratings on Yelp!), but UEC/Eddie was the most educational and honest from the beginning. After deciding on which project we wanted to complete, we contacted each company to let them know the final outcome and receive adjusted quotes.

My experience with underline was and is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about those guys. everybody that I’ve talked to about solar has said it’s been such a headache and mine was seamless, on time, professionally installed and I learned a lot in the process. I have a couple of referrals coming to them. My system works great, and the customer service and support is top-notch.

Recently had solar installed and a lift and lay for the roof. (New Paper) Overall a good experience and even with some hiccups, we were able to come to an acceptable solution. Bobby the sales person and Marie the project manager were helpful throughout. So far so good saving money and energy.

Micheal came out and checked my solar system. I didn’t even know it was being tracked 3 years after install. He fixed my panels that weren’t working in about 45 min, explained everything and even checked when he got back to the office to make sure the monitor system was good

Underline Energy is the best! No pressure, on time, & they were the most reasonably priced of many estimates. They have always been available to answer any questions I have had. Michael is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, & it was a pleasure working with him.
