Jesse and his team was awesome. They were on time, installed my entire system in less than 1/2 a day, and helped guide me with linking the system with my electric provider. What really sets them apart is they actively monitor my system. Twice when my system went offline, unbeknown to me, I received messages from Jesse directly letting me know. The first time he troubleshooted the problem and we found out it was just my internet that got reset and disconnected the connection, and the second time was just a software update that temporarily stopped the connection. However it's good to know that Underline Energy takes care of their customers even after the installation process. I highly recommend them for all your solar needs. Read more >

Underline Energy Concepts has done a complete upgrade for us: removed the old (and broken) tile roof, reroofed with energy efficient composite shingles, 38x Panel Solar Photovoltaic install (with individual optimizers and single inverter) and 2x Tesla Powerwall 2 whole house batteries. We also used this opportunity to upgrade from a 200A to a 400A electrical service for future use.
The system design was more complex than a straight forward system, due to the layout of the house and property, the location of the SDGE service entrance and ultimately my personal preference regarding battery and Inverter location.
Underline handled everything great: coordinated various work crews and tasks, handled all the permitting and coordination with electric company – even in the middle of 2020 pandemic.
