U Have It Maid has been cleaning our home every 2 weeks for a few years now. Most cleaning quotes that I got were based on square footage of our home alone. U Have It Maid's quote was not. The owner came in person to give us a free quote and was very thorough. She asked us what services we wanted vs what we didn't. Their prices beat any of the other 3 quotes that I received. She sent me a quote soon after and we were able to begin cleanings quickly. We started with a full deep clean since our home was newly built and there was a lot of construction dust around. They took care of everything! After that, we started cleanings every 2 weeks on a set date and time, and then we usually request an extra deep cleaning 2-3 times per year.
