I tried Tylers caffeine free acid free coffee because I have Interstitial Cystitis and cannot drink or eat anything with acid or caffeine. I've always loved coffee and had never tried caffeine free in my life. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this coffee. It's as good as any coffee from a chain coffee company. It also does not bother my bladder. I have told others with IC (interstitial cystitis) about Tylers Coffee and they are ordering it, too. I will also tell my urologist so he can spread the good news to others with IC. I love this coffee and the customer service can't be beat!

The coffee is great. Their service is awful. It takes forever and a day to get an order. They provide an order number but not a tracking number so there's no way to know how the coffee is arriving or when it's arriving. And the company isn't open on Saturdays so you can't call them. They don't respond to emails. This is a rinky-dink operation. It's really too bad because I like their coffee and there are few brands of coffee that are acid-free. Plus, the coffee really tastes good.

Do not order the free samples! It takes too long for the coffee to arrive. I would not recommend that anyone buy Tyler's Coffee. After 1 month of not getting feedback of any kind, I called two times, and each time I was told by a call-taker that I would be contacted, in which I was not. Only after a threatening email was communicated that I was going to review them via social media did Tyler's coffee call me. They stated that the coffee was on back order, and that they would send me my coffee then next day. That's odd. This is poor business practice. After all this trouble, all I received is two small packages of ground coffee. I'd recommend: leave this coffee to people with medical problems concerning acid, and coffee connoisseurs buy somewhere else. It's not worth the trouble.
