I have been using two ladies and a bucket for bi-weekly cleanings for the past 2 years. My cleaning team comes in and resets my world back to clean again and does a decent job cleaning. My experience has been some cleaning teams are better than others, but my current regular team is awesome!

Two Ladies and a Bucket have been my go-to house cleaning service of choice for the past several years. Depending on my schedule, I may have them come every week or just when I need help with a super deep cleaning; but no matter how often I have them come, they always treat me like I’m their most valued customer, do an incredibly thorough job and treat my home just like I do. I tend to be very picky about what types of cleaning products are used in my home and they’re happy to accommodate whatever I’d like.

I know that I’m probably a difficult client, as I definitely check on all the little details (ceiling fans, inside the microwave, behind the toilet, etc) - I mean, you’re paying someone to clean your house, right? - and they’ve never disappointed me.

In fact, as my grandmother’s primary caregiver, I had Two Ladies and a Bucket clean her home as well. If...

I feel gypped!!!! I bought a LS coupon and paid for 4 woman hours (or 2 ladies for 2 hours), and I got 3 ladies, but only for 45 minutes!! They just say that they were done and left my house before I could inspect or ask any questions. They didn't ask if I needed anything else and what's worse is that they missed MANY surfaces that I cleaned after them! I literally cleaned for 30 minutes after the cleaning ladies left. Wiped mirrors? Missed some! Kitchen backsplash? Nope, visible food on it. Bathroom counter? Nope, toothpaste mark. Kitchen counter? Dust and flour left!!!! I have photos to prove my claims.
When I called the owner to discuss this matter she got defensive of the poor job her workers did and said that she would compromise at having them come back for 30 mins to finish the bad job or I could pay them for a discounted full service!! Like I'm going to throw good money...
