I felt kind of cheated with my service. I paid almost $500 for a deep cleaning, supposed to take one person from 8:30-4:00. She was finished by about 2:30 and I had to call to her attention things not cleaned. I am in a wheelchair so could not inspect things upstairs or in a bedroom I couldn't access downstairs so there may have been others. In your list of general cleaning areas (not deep cleaning) it mentioned stove taken apart and cleaned, There were still some drips under drip pans so I know the stove wasn't cleaned more than a quick wipe, if that. With a deep cleaning I would think the oven should have also been cleaned, There was still hair in shower drain downstairs (which is also mentioned under general cleaning). Couldn't inspect upstairs drain. The dusting, that I could see, was done to my satisfaction (other than doilies things were setting on were not cleaned under)....
