These ladies are the best I've found. They do a great job in a short period of time. If they miss something or if you want them to do some little thing for you, they will happily take care of it for you. They are always on time. They are friendly and helpful. You can tell a lot about a company by their communication... with you, the client, each other and with management. Initially I was impressed with the kindness and respect the "ladies" had for each other (and for me) but then, the owner, Susie, emails me before and after every visit, letting me know when the team will arrive and then afterwards asking for a critique of the cleaning. Susie then goes over my response with the "ladies". If something is missed they always offer to come back or as I request, make note for next time. Susie also puts a lot of time into a nice newsletter. I highly recommend TWO LADIES & A BUCKET for routine as well as special event cleaning! Read more >
