I'm very impressed with the professionalism and eye for customer service that I experienced from the first call to the completion of the cleaning. They were great to send reminders of times and who was coming. There was a slight delay the day of my cleaning which was communicated to me early. Since the new time didn't work for me, they quickly adjusted and were able to send a different team that could accommodate my time needs. Ray, Renee, and Amanda came to do an initial deep clean. They were friendly and ask for my preferences throughout the cleaning and did an amazing job! The ladies srubbed everything. My grungy white stair rails are sparkling now! I even have toilet paper origami flowers on my rolls. The ceiling fans shine. The cleaning products left the house smelling pleasantly clean. I could not be more pleased with the job the ladies did.
