I have a construction and flood damage background and after a flood the insurance company supplied this company as a “preferred vendor”.
They pulled a “no show” on the day they set the appt and I waited about 4 hours, called and they couldn’t come.
The owner went out and looked but had been exposed to CoVid so I could not be there. She said they did not offer a scope of work or a price and would be dealing directly with the insurance company.
Since it’s MY home and I paid for it, nobody will be hiring anyone but me and that’s not the insurance company’s call.
The claims manager met with this company, another vendor and me out there and said they would be writing a check which is not what this company said would happen.
It’s obvious they get work from the insurance company and if they improved in some areas like...
