We needed a couple of trained professionals to help us rearrange furniture in order to accommodate a loved one coming home after physical rehabilitation. We did not need a truck. Teresa answered the office phone on the Friday after T-giving! And gave us an appt by Tuesday of the following week. She was pleasant and compassionate, and made the process easy.
