I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Two Men and a Truck for my local move in Raleigh. The staff at the main office was very transparent and helpful throughout the booking process and in helping prepare for the move. Chris and Jawan, our team of movers, were excellent throughout the day, taking great care of each item and even following up when a small item had been left behind in the truck (by me). From the very beginning of my interaction with Two Men and a Truck, I was nothing but satisfied with the service. I called multiple times to change the date of my move do to circumstances out of my control and the office staff was always more than accommodating and were so nice. They were honestly some of the nicest people I've spoken with over the phone. Once we finally had our move, the three men that showed up were so nice! They went above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I had my dog too and were great with her! They packed up the loose things I had left to pack very well and did everything quickly. I'm not looking forward to moving again any time soon but when I do, I know I will use Two Men and a Truck! We have moved so many times over the years and this was by far the BEST move ever. The men were fast, courteous and so eager to go above and beyond. We has asked for three men and five arrived. We have an e trembly heavy mattress and they lifted it up and went down two flights of stairs as if they were carrying a feather. As a real estate agent and owner of a real estate brokerage, I have witnessed terrible moves even with recommended movers. This was an amazing experience and without doubt, I highly recommend them.
