Scheduled a move for 7.23.2020 and time of arrival was 9-10am. The crew was on time, introduced themselves, wore masks and informed me of the move process.

After an initial walk though, the guys went to work. I didn't have to do a thing. Anything I had questions about, they answered professionally.

I moved to a 3rd floor apartment, with no elevator. I thought this would be difficult for the team. They replied, "It's no problem, we can handle it." And handle it, they did. Mark and Dequarius were phenomenal. I also liked that Susanna from the Operations office called me during the move and after to check to see how everything was going. This crew was amazing! We did the pre-walk through and the only way to describe what happened after that was efficient, fast and stay out the way! They were in and out in approximately 45 minutes and had everything I needed moved and in place. I could not have ask for a better experience. Outside of the heat, they were happy to be there. smiling and just
