After a hectic week it's nice to come home and feel like you're at a 5 star hotel! Thank you trustworthy cleaning for providing that peace and relaxation.

I absolutely LOVE Trustworthy Cleaning Services! They come every week, let me know what time to expect them. When they are finished, my house not only looks clean, it smells clean. They make the sinks and fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom sparkle. They make the beds and fold up the towels (my personal favorite) like is done at high end hotels. The stovetop gleams, the coffeepot and microwave are all cleaned out, the garbage is taken out, the rugs are vacuumed and straightened, the furniture and even the window blinds are dusted. They think of cleaning things, I would not think to clean, myself. I really, sincerely appreciate the great work these ladies do. Hiring them is the best thing I've done in a long time! Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of my heart!

My wife and I have been hiring Trustworthy Cleaning for the last 2 years.They often send a person to come see how the cleaners did and ask if we had any issues. The crews are always super friendly and listen to our few, but important directions about our pets safety and expensive glass shower doors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could select negative stars, then that would be an appropriate rating for this terrible company. I should have known better when they estimated it would take 4 hours to clean a 1,000 sq ft, vacant, apartment with no furniture. When I suggested that it should not be more than 2.5 hours (based on 8 years of having others clean the space), they said that they might not be able to complete it. Sure enough, they cleaned the kitchen and that's about it. They dd not even vacuum the carpet. We had also paid to have the carpet cleaned and when we stopped by to double-check everything had been completed (after the processed our credit card), imagine our surprise when the carpet was covered with fur, footprints, and did not smell clean.

We called to discuss the situation with the supervisor, they offered immediately to come out and "touch up"...

I have been using this cleaning service for over 10 years. They have provided outstanding timely service at reasonable prices the entire time. I can only say that the owner of this company is a dedicated individual that's trying to survive in a small business Market. Please give her company to try her employees and her leadership put this company at the top of my opinions.

I used their service when I was moving out. Place was immaculate! They'll be my go-to in the future.

Where do I begin? To start, I had a noon cleaning scheduled on Friday (5/19). At 9:30am I received a text that they would begin at 10am. The house was vacant (obviously) and locked. I couldn't make it there in time. I called numerous times to no answer. When I finally got someone to answer they said they would find out and call me back. This was the first of many times I was told I'd be called back and wasn't. Finally after calling numerous times again I was told they would be there at 1pm. Then, I got an email that they would be there at 3pm. So I had to call again and was told it was 1pm. At 3pm I got a call that would need more time. It was a basic 1 story 2 bedroom house. What could take so long? When I went there at 5pm, it looked like they hadn't done anything. In 4 hours! I pay them by the hour mind you. Also, I had taken stuff out of the fridge and put in one side of the sink...
