Not Trustworthy. They do a fine job cleaning, and have been relatively punctual. Their staff broke a ceiling fan and a large picture frame at my house. After contacting them about the damages, they refused to acknowledge the issue or try to make it right. Will not be using them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Best cleaning job ever, in a very difficult job. Good communication setting up and during the cleaning.

These ladies are incredibly sweet and considerate of everything in my home! I don't like having strangers look into my home, let alone actually come in, but I felt so comfortable around them. I defiantly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their home clean in no time. It's a wonderful experience you won't regret.

We have been using Trustworthy Cleaning every three weeks for several months. The young ladies are always friendly and professional.. I have found them to be honest, hard working and very dependable. Their quality of work is beyond reproach. When they leave, our home is ready for the white-glove inspection.

I've always been very happy with their service, they've done a great job everytime they've come. I don't need to explain much, I don't need to stay around, I trust them to do the job and they do so. I've tried three other services in the past, Trustworthy Cleaning Service met my expectations and I will continue to use them.

If i could give negative stars I would. This is not a knock on the cleaners who were very nice and worked hard. My issue is with management and the HORRIBLE customer service they provide. My appointment was schedule for 8:30 AM(the earliest time slot they offer) but the cleaners didn't show till a little past 10:15 AM. When I called to ask where they were I was informed they were finishing a job at another house.........meaning that management pushed my scheduled appointment back without my consent. For several days after I tried to get a hold of the supervisor/owner but they consistently dodged my calls and never called me back when I left a note with the customer service representative. They have done absolutely nothing to better the situation. Not to mention they billed me for 3 hours of work to clean a well kept apartment.

I would not recommend "trustworthy"...
