No option of zero stars. 1 is too many. The 2 people cleaning and the manager are super unprofessional. 4 hours of cleaning and the house looked exactly how I left it. No return call from this company! Quick to take your money but awful at responding to calls. Job was left incomplete. Don’t hire this company if you expect quality service!

Team 10 came out last minute the day before Easter! My house looks amazing! I would definitely have them come out again.

I had this company clean my home and was given a quote of $255 plus tax for a "DEEP" cleaning for a home about 2000 sq ft. Floors were not swept or mopped properly, kitchen sink was left looking as if no one had put a wash cloth to it at all, spider webs were still in corners of rooms, soap film/residue still on shower doors, kitchen appliances weren't wiped down, cat hair still on furniture (we usually do this ourselves, but you would think a vacuum put to these during a deep cleaning would have picked it up - NOT!), film streaks on mirrors - just wayyyyy too many items to point out at this point. I addressed my concerns and was informed that 3 1/2 hours was not enough time to deep clean and that they needed additional time at the cost of an additional $240. WHAT!? Guys, if you need house cleaning services, use this company. Everytime they are done, I don't think they can get any better. Then I get home after my next cleaning and I am blown away. As a working mom, this company takes a HUGE burden off of my shoulders! I HIGHLY recommend them!
