Trustworthy Cleaning Services

This was the worst service ever!! I had them come out they did not clean my move out like they said they would. Charged me for two people yet only one was at my apartment. The lady when confronted that she had left without even doing my walk through told me they never sent anyone to help her! That she had done the best she could given she was one person! Yet I had to go back through with the little time I had to finish cleaning the apartment they did not do a good job on. They lied to me and over charged me! It took me an extra hour to finish cleaning my own apartment in which I paid them to do. When I called them they have done nothing but give me the run around and no one will call me back! These two ladies were fantastic. They arrived early and worked very hard the entire time to clean our empty house so that it is ready for the new owners. Baseboards, windows, lights, appliances, bathrooms, floors, everything! Also, the office was very accommodating in working with our schedule and went out of their way to find a time that worked for us. I would certainly use them again in the future!

Excellent! Trustworthy, integrity personified really. Responsible, forthcoming. And always leaves everything spotless. Had a lot of bad experiences with other people, not the case here. We highly recommend them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They were awful. First of all they changed my move from a move out clean to a post construction clean bc there was paint on the floors from the painters. I told them just to clean the rest of the apartment and leave the floors as is and I would take care of that. They arrived 45 mins late, left an hour and a half later, and charged me for 5 hours of time which they weren’t there for. Not only did they have to do less at the apartment bc they didn’t have to do the floors, they did a terrible job cleaning the rest of the place. They didn’t even wipe down the stove or baseboards which was all supposed to be included in the total cost. They charged me $460 for a 1.5 hour clean in a 1200 sq foot apartment. When I called to complain about this, they literally hung up on me. Worst cleaning service and customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

I booked an appointment for 3pm. Got 2 different emails to confirm different appointment times. Confusing but okay. The morning of the day of service I got a text at 9:35am that service would be at 12:20pm. Then closer to it the time changed to 1:25pm. So I continued waiting until finally a bit after 3 I called to cancel. No answer. I texted to cancel, no response. I emailed to cancel, no response. I finally got a hold of the team leader who called the team who was supposedly on their way but at this point I just gave up and cancelled all together. Very frustrating.

My son said his room was very clean. He felt they did a really good job! I like that they are very reliable as well

I initially scheduled an appointment and needed to reschedule it for a later date. I contacted the company way ahead of time to reschedule and had to reach out to them 4 times before it was actually confirmed. I cleaned the house the day before they arrived due to us having photographers come for our home listing. Once Trustworthy arrived at my home they sent me a text stating that due to the condition of my home they would need extra time and it would cost $100 more than what they quoted me. I approved as I really wanted the house spotless before our open house. Once I got home the house looked untouched compared to the work I did the day prior. I sent a text asking what additional work was done and/or needed for the home that would cost me $100 more than the original price. Worst cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. I explained to the representative what I needed and she recommended the Standard cleaning option. Both ladies dis a very poor job; both were on the phone the entire time and None of my calls or voicemails have been returned for a refund.
