Trustworthy Cleaning Services

They took advantage of my elderly mother inlaw and disabled brother in law. They did not clean adequately ( carpets were not vaccumed, couters were not cleaned, walls were not washed, or give a recipt and on top of that they decided to grout the floor without being told to(WHO DOESTHAT! )leaving a huge mess and hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. When i called to confront them about the situation they hung up and never returned a call. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL 250$ from you. I have never been treated so poorly.

They did not clean anything made more of a mess messed up new tile and left grout on the wall they then when we called hung up.we asked for a refund but They immediately hung up in a very rude manor we payed 250$ for a two bedroom 1 bath apartment expecting a good job but was very let down do not go to them at all they will take your money. Dust was everywhere things were knocked around for goodness sake do not go to them

They did not clean anything. Their maids decided to try grouting our tiles and left huge gobs of grout all over the floor. They refused to refund our money and hang up when we call. They are rude and do a terrible job. I will never hire this awful company again.

I am not sure how other cleaning companies work, but for the money they charged me, the communication is by far the worse. They do not reply back to text, I had to call them multiple times to get status of the house. They never sent me pictures of what the house looked like after cleaning before charging me. What if I was not satisfied with the work. The cleaning person also left my house unsecured. That is unexceptionable!! The garage was left opened for the world to come in. The house is clean.

Trustworthy Cleaning is amazing. They are on time every time and do an excellent job. Highly Recommend!

So far , this company is a joke ! We made the appointment WITH THE OWNER HERSELF IN PERSON !! It was to be this morning at 8:30 , no one showed up or called . We called them at 10:45 and WE WERE NOT EVEN ON THE SCHEDULE!! ( sorry for the bold letters ... you know that I’m fuming ).
After a few back and forth calls , we were told they would be here at 12:00. It’s almost 1 and NO ONE is here and NO phone call !! I called just now ... after a long time on hold ...I was told they’re on a lunch break and will be here in 30 minutes ... I’ll follow up with the rest of the ridiculous nonsense That seems to be the norm after reading the reviews.

They are pricey and they do a decent job. Counters weren’t cleaned, and it’s been the 3rd time they broke things in my house. This time they put wire twist ties in my garbage disposal and it broke.

I really want to like this company but too many broken things and they don’t even tell me, I have to find it for myself.
