Trustworthy Cleaning Services

We had a terrible experience with Trustworthy Cleaning Services. My family member and I were moving out of our townhouse, and our lease requires a professional cleaning. We hired and paid Trustworthy Cleaning Services to do a 'move out' clean, however MANY of the areas they were supposed to clean per our agreement were not touched. Our stairs were not vacuumed and there was still visible debris on the carpet, our hard floors were barely mopped, our baseboards were not touched, and our microwave had visible fingerprints. Upon realizing this, we got on our hands and knees to clean baseboards and floors with whatever remaining cleaning supplies we could find, and lots of dirt and dust immediately came up (see photo). I DO NOT recommend this team.

Trustworthy Cleaning Service did a great job for us! We were having a houseful of guests at the last minute and these super ladies came through for us! The quality and cost were second to none and I am using them on a regular basis, now.

This business also tries to call themselves Austin Maid Service to hide their bad reviews.

Terrible service, terrible communication, forced us into a $370 service when we agreed to $280, and literally broke my stereo and tried to hide it. When I called the manager yelled at me (no joke, I recorded it) and hung up. I’m going to have to sue these people to get my gear fixed.

I have never had any issue switching a date or time of a cleaning, their availability is great. The house always looks amazing when we get home, and their service is always prompt and friendly. We've been using them for about 5 years now.

Very worst and didn’t clean professionally but took lot of money and time

We've been using Trustworthy Cleaning for over 6 months, and we don't have any plans switch to another company. In the beginning, there was confusion around our schedule, but they have been very responsive to our needs and modified service as requested. The ladies are always friendly, prompt, and thorough!

My sister needed help so I hired Trustworthy to help her because of their great reviews. They dealt with a chaotic house, a toddler, and everything else and solved the problems. The house is sparkling. Thank you for everything.

Purchased a deep move-out clean to make a unit ready for a new tenant. Trustworthy charged over 230 dollars. The cleaning job was very poor, with dust caked on the ceiling fans, dust bunnies in the corners, hvac registers all dusty. and just dirt everywhere. It was not apparent if they had mopped or not.

This apartment was not very dirty to begin with. It had a new fridge, new kitchen counters/faucet/sink, New floor upstairs. The doormat was thrown outside, and I found cleaning gloves on the ground in the driveway. To top it off, they put the AC down to 65 degrees while they worked and just left it there.

It really felt like they could have cared less about cleaning my place. I ended up having to go back and clean it myself, as they did not clean in accordance with their description of the service.
