The actual cleaning was okay. They cleaned one bedroom, master bath, hall, guest bath, Kitchen, dining area, and living room, This is a small house and I did not have them clean a second bedroom. The quote I was given was $136.50. There was a call from their office (when the girls were about 1/2 finished) and the man on the phone indicated there would be an additional charge of $37.50. I told him ABSOLUTELY NO! (apparently one of the cleaning ladies had told him it would take longer to clean the rest of the house). I regret dealing with these people. The lady I first talked to on the phone was extremely rude and pushy, then it all got worse from there. I was charged for 3 cleanings + the $37.50. When I talked to the lady about the $37.50 she said I authorized it, WHICH I DID NOT. I would never give in to someone breaking the contract by charging me more. ALL this being...

I have never had a deep cleaning like this one! I have used another service in the past (MM) and never had a deep cleaning this thorough!! Very impressed and I’ll use this company again!!

I used them for carpet cleaning. They were great. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished. I would definitely recommend them.

This is quality cleaning at a fair price. We have a monthly cleaning with their team and we look forward to it every month. It is important to note that they spend however much time is needed to get the job done right. This means their arrival time is more of a floating window that an exact time. This loose scheduling is well worth it in my book.
