Simply fantastic move-out cleaning done by Trustworthy! The two ladies who came worked so hard to make the house sparkling clean and you could really tell the difference afterwards when walking through! I would highly recommend them, they did an amazing job at a great price!

I hired Trustworthy Cleaners to do a complete move out clean. Very communicative however was told by my landlord the oven, toilet, bathtub and floors had not been cleaned. He had to hire a cleaning team to clean the house a second time which meant I ended up paying for the house to be cleaned twice due to the unsatisfactory job preformed by trust worthy cleaning company.

I would not recommend this company because I’ve had to reschedule twice. First time was because the business decided to close for the holiday then my reschedule was for July 2, which I got a call the day before to confirm but apparently the appointment on their computer was for July 3 even though I had the email showing July 2. I am moving to a different city which I had to drive back to Austin which was a 2.5 hr drive for the cleaning and 2.5 hr drive back home. I only got a $20 discount which didn’t even cover my gas. When the maids got to my house they were told it was for a regular clean not a move out clean and were having attitude. Then I got a message to extend the time for 1.5 hr for $130 extra plus tax which I denied. The maids didn’t even need the extra time. I checked to see what was left and they were almost done. Trustworthy does a fantastic job every time. They get there on time, which is a big deal to me with a tight schedule. They’ve responded to every text, email and phone call immediately. My favorite thing is their texts to let me know they’re on their way!

Turstworthy Cleaners was very responsive, got into lockbox with no issue and offered laundry service which was a lifesaver. Great to work with!
