The ladies at Trustworthy Cleaning did a fantastic job at my moms house where she had lived for 50 years. They did deep cleaning/move out service ~ the wood floors looked exceptional! The office was in touch with me all the way up to the date of cleaning! Fantastic office and cleaning employees! Thank you

Amazing and professional service. Easy scheduling and fantastic results for my 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Very pleased.

They came to my house for a bi weekly cleaning. They send new people every time. I have asked them several times to send the same people just for peace of mind. Anyway. They typically arrive on time. I do not like to stay in their way so I leave to do some grocery shopping. I came back to my house within 30 mins and found them gone. They did not vacuum, dust, mop the floors. They literally wiped down countertops and left. I called management and all they could offer me was $10 off my next service. This is completely obsurd and I will be cancelling my service with them. Horrible company.

Absolutely terrible service. They showed up 2 hours later than the time they told me and only cleaned for 10 minutes. They left because the water was off at my house at the time (the city did not notify me so I had no idea). Yet, they could've done cleaning without water. They chose not to sweep, dust, or even swiffer. And on top of this they wouldn't refund me the deposit. No one should use these untrustworthy cleaners.

Trustworthy does a fantastic job. We have used them multiple times and will again in the future!

I contacted the service on a tight schedule and they were able to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me. In addition to the move-out clean, they also performed a carpet cleaning service both of which were excellent quality and fast. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will be using them again in the future!

I had a pretty bad experience with this cleaning service for an apartment move out cleaning.

They only sent one lady for cleaning a two bedroom apartment who arrived an hour late than the communicated start time and left in the middle of the cleaning citing an emergency. I asked if they could send someone else but they said it would only be on the next day or later in the week. Now that’s not so trustworthy, is it? Had I not have a buffer day before my move out date, I’d have been in a pickle.

The next day they sent two ladies who again arrived an hour later than what they had communicated over phone. I showed them the apartment and they said they should be done in two and half hours. But then after an hour and half I got a phone call saying they would need an additional two hours (and that it would cost me twice the amount initially agreed upon for the deep...
