Trustworthy Cleaning Services

This company charged us $580 for a move out clean of our 1 story rental house and did a HORRIBLE job. We had already relocated so they cleaned an empty house, our landlord sent us pictures of baseboards untouched, half done bathrooms, trash piled in front of the curb, just honestly an embarrassing job. We reached out to the cleaning service who delayed the re-clean (after trying to NOT do the re-clean at all saying it was past the 3 days, yet no one had entered the house since they left so It's not like we got it dirty after they cleaned). Our landlord ended up having to hire a better cleaning service and took it out of our deposit and now trustworthy cleaning is refusing to refund us any of the money... So we were charged twice to clean an empty house.. Disgraceful.

i scheduled a move-out cleaning and was very happy with my service!! any problems that came up were quickly communicated to me and resolved efficiently. my apartment looked brand spanking new!
