The regular cleaning is always very good, and the house smells clean when I come home from work. But TODAY, I came home for lunch, and the house smelled clean, but I noticed that every room was vacuumed, the kitchen floor was swept and washed. Then I saw that they made swans out of folded bath towels and put it together to look like the swans were forming a heart and placed it on the bed, and folded the cloth napkins on the dining room table to look like rosettes. The tissue in the bathrooms was folded up fancy, too. I just LOVE the little extras. I would wholly recommend them!

Requested a quote for residential. Got a text with a link to 6-month contract that includes their right to cancel at any time, a prohibition against leaving them bad reviews, and a $3k ”referral bonus” if any of their employees clean my house over the course of the next two years for any reason (like if they quit and work for a competitor —- guess they want us checking the IDs of their staff?) It's legally absolute nonsense but tells me all I need to know about them. I question positive reviews of any company that writes a contract forbidding their customers from giving them negative reviews.

Very ironic name for this insanely unprofessional, poor quality, and terrible cleaning company. This company is a joke, had a simple move out clean and they added an extra charge to clean the grout on the shower and still couldn’t get it clean. Also didn’t clean the refrigerator and stove even though those are standard services that are included in their “package”. When I got back to the property when they were done the place smelled like cigarettes and our brand new laundry detergent was gone!
This company is just dispatch office that sub contracts tweaker cleaning crews that don’t care about delivering a good service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!
