Trustworthy Cleaning Services

Absolutely horrible experience. They broke my storm door and denied it, left trash in my garage, and used my cleaning supplies instead of theirs.

Before they started, I asked them to focus on the bathtubs, walls (since we needed to paint and the walls were dusty) and the window sills. I told them not to worry about cleaning the stove since we were going to trash it.

I get a text an hour or so saying they couldn't get the deep clean done and wanted more money to finish. I politely declined and told them we would finish whatever was left. They said they were goin to focus on kitchens and bathrooms in the time remaining.

I get to the property later and the stove is spotless but the walls are filthy. The cabinets aren't wiped down, some of the window sills still have dirt on them and the floor is now sticky. The short of it were they were more...

I was hesitant to start a cleaning service, but after 4 months of these hard working ladies coming over, my house is cleaner than it’s ever been. Now, I wish I could afford to have them come more often. They have become essential to my life. Every time they come it seems like they do a new deep cleaning task, so it just gets progressively cleaner and cleaner. The other day they pulled all the cushions off my giant couch and vacuumed every inch. There were vacuum lines on my couch! I didn’t even want to sit on it bc it was so clean and pretty. They clean things I wouldn’t even think to clean.

Our team of ladies, Naomy and Iris, are wonderful. They are very thorough and detailed in their cleaning. We both work from home so they are flexible to work around our meeting schedules for the day. The house is always spotless when they are done! They even change our sheets, do the dishes, and take out the trash! Would highly recommend!

I hired them for a move out cleaning, I did specify the more detailed option as after emptying my 2bed/1bath duplex of 2yrs (as a single mom with a 5yr old and 2 cats) the place was embarrassingly dirty and in need of a lot of cleaning. They communicated via text, email, and phone which I appreciated their extra communication. They did assess and say they need to extend to a Deep Clean, more hours, and an additional cleaner. They worked with me to just pay an additional flat rate to my already quoted estimate and they guarantee it'd be completed, I agreed. They were nice, professional, contacted me when they found some random items I'd forgotten in a drawer. And when I saw the finished job I was blown away (it was a doozy before and i was certain some areas would possibly be too stuck or damaged)! But it looked good as new, so clean and sparkling!!!!
