Trustworthy Cleaning Services

After speaking with the company and confirming their services for new construction cleanings, my experience with them quickly deteriorated, leading to what I can only describe as the worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. Despite providing a detailed explanation of the requirements, I received multiple daily calls from them, asking repetitive questions and making the process unnecessarily complicated.

On the scheduled day for cleaning, they attempted to reschedule multiple times, showcasing a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. The situation worsened when, upon their departure, I discovered that not only was the job incomplete, but the areas they had ‘cleaned’ were left in a deplorable state. Trustworthy was able to schedule me the next morning and the process was easy and seamless. They went above and beyond in terms of their cleaning service.

I am updating my previous review that can be found below because Trustworthy Cleaning has not proven to be trustworthy at all. Although I was finally contacted after my initial review, as of today I have yet to receive the refund that they offered. According to the email that I received on Feb. 13th (almost one month ago), "To proceed with the refund of the balance of $150, our Billing Team will need to charge $210 and refund to you the full amount of $360." In summary, I was told I would receive a refund of $150 but their billing team is unable to figure out to how provide the refund without charging my card again which I have refused. A company should not have to charge your card in order to figure out how to refund an amount that they proposed. It has now been almost six months and this issue remains unresolved. Absolutely horrible .
I took the move out cleaning .
First of all they had turned on the faucet and left the house when there was no water .
They said they vacuumed the house but it was not at all clean . The Legos, the dust, hair , everything was on the carpet .
The vinyl flooring has not been cleaned or mopped properly . I could see all the stains even after mopping.

They cheated me by asking me to pay 455$ when they did absolutely nothing . And I paid the same.

Don’t get cheated . Do not book them

We have been doing business with Trustworthy Cleaning Service for years and they do an incredible job. The house is always immaculate after they have cleaned! We are very grateful for their services!
