We hired an "after construction" office cleaning and it was a huge disappointment:

1. They overcharged me for windows that were sent to them in a picture before they even gave me the initial quote.. they sent me the invoice to pay the deposit and surprise, they had added a $90 charge for the windows the were part of the original request. When I complained about this they were rather rude and didn't do anything about it.. I let it be..
2. Only 1 lady showed up and without a ladder to clean the windows they overcharged me for.
3. The lady didn't bother cleaning any of the photo frames that were on the ground precisely because they had dust and old spiderwebs.
4. There were thick layers of construction dust left in pretty much all surfaces so I am not sure what she really did while she was there..
